DOXA
was founded in
2004 with the intent of gathering a diverse group of women
focused on forming a committed sisterhood that would be
faithful to making time and room for each other in their
schedules, available to meet once a week as a large
group meeting with their other sisters, and teachable
both from the bible, and each other.
Purpose
To guide women in applying their
faith in areas of the home, the church and workplace by training
them to counter what our culture says that they
are, and to be wholeheartedly devoted to God as women of
love, strength and faith.
Mission
DOXA is a closed small group of women ages 18-35. Memberships
is by
invite only. This
group is not for the faint of heart. If you desire to
know God in a committed community of sisterhood in an
atmosphere of authentic accountability then consider
this an opportunity of unprecedented growth and
maturity.
This is not
a normal "bible study" or a quilting circle. Its a select group of
women who meet
regularly for the purposes of discovering and reclaiming
the feminine soul that God gave us as women.
