eKidz
We offer age-specific classrooms for children 6 weeks all the way up through 6th grade. As part of eKidz, you’ll interact with children and families while helping with our mission to introduce kids to Jesus in an environment that is safe, friendly, and fun.

ESM Youth
Youth ministry is so crucial to our church, and it takes a team of dedicated volunteers to achieve growth. We are always looking for volunteers with a heart for youth to assist our youth pastor with services and events.

Worship Team
The Worship team at Encounter AZ includes all of the musicians and singers involved in our music department.
Media Team
The Media team at Encounter AZ oversees our services and big events from the creative and production standpoint. Some areas of service include: Sound Engineering, Programming, VideoLighting, Set Design
Hospitality Team
We are looking for happy, energetic, and excited people who want to make every person’s visitto Encounter AZ special. Help make an eternal difference by ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and loved from the moment they step out of their car. Some areas of service include: Parking Team, Greeters, Food & Beverage, Hosts (ushers)
Publicity Team
We have a great bunch of volunteers who are talented and motivated to create branding and get the Gospel of Jesus Christ out to those far from Christ. There is always room for more help in this area. The Publicity team handles all advertising, publicity, and social media for Encounter AZ.
Prayer Team
We believe prayer is one of the most powerful things we do as a church. Our Prayer Team is committed to praying daily for our church, community, and any other personal needs brought to us. Would you like to be a part of this crucial team?
